I bit the bullet and went for it – in time to make the most of the autumn colours. I splashed out on a Sony A7ii and a couple of lenses. After a lot of research and debate, the Sony Alpha mirrorless system just seemed to make sense. In terms of lenses I went with the 28mm F2.0 and 70-200mm F4.0.
For this first test I just went into the local woods in the afternoon with the dogs and spent time getting used to the camera. I only took the 28mm prime lens. After getting back I realised the default was not to shoot in RAW which is a shame. Pretty happy so far though!
