Early morning stroll round Haugh Woods after a botched effort to make it out for sunrise. It was cold but sunny – a good way to start a day. Everything is looking fully autumnal now with lots of leaves on the ground. After 40 minutes my fingers were numb and it was time to head back and get on with my day.
